Where is my order? How can I check the order status?
We will send you a tracking number when your order ships. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package.
How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. All orders will take 3-5 days. This may still vary, depending on the availability of the carrier provider, custom investigation, and location.

Do you charge a cancellation fee?
We do not charge cancellation fees, we generally replace things that arrive severely damaged, and if your order needs to be refunded, we'll issue your refund within 10 business days from our last email.

If within the 60-day period you are not happy with your purchase, please send us an email with your order number and contact information to email@example.com.
